Data collected
- Through the “Find an expert” form: full name, business email, company, your answers to the four questions and any details you add.
- By email: the information you choose to send us, including your application.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your request and introducing consultants: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Reviewing your application: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing our relationship with clients and partners: AIROS’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is reserved for AIROS. It is never sold, rented or transferred. Form submissions are hosted by Netlify, our processor in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
- Requests from clients and prospects: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Applications: 2 years after the last exchange, unless you agree to a longer period.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or obtain a copy of it, by writing to contact@airos-conseil.fr. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores your display choice, dark or light, in your browser, with no personal data: this setting requires no consent. Fonts, photos and animations are hosted on the website itself: your visit sends no data to third parties. Like any host, Netlify keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, for the security and proper operation of the website.
